Is fuel included with the hire?
No, complimentary fuel is not included in the price. Please return the car to us with the same amount of fuel as when the hire started.
Is insurance provided with the hire?
Yes, fully comprehensive self-drive hire insurance for one driver is included in the price.
How much is it for a second driver?
Additional drivers are charged at a rate of £100. There is a maximum of two drivers on all Supercars.
Can the cars be taken into Europe?
Yes, we can provide fully comprehensive insurance for driving in Europe at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to your booking if you wish to take the car into Europe.
How many miles are included with the hire car?
The standard mileage allowance is 100 miles per day on all cars.
Are there any delivery and collection charges?
You can collect the car free of charge during our normal business hours. However, the vehicle can be delivered to you at an additional cost to your home or place of work.
Can I drive a supercar under 30 years old?
Unfortunately, we can not provide Insurance cover to young drivers who may be under 25 years.
Can I hire with under 5 years driving experience?
There are certain cars that are available to drivers with less than 5 years experience. These are the cars that are available to drivers aged 25 years and over.
Where does the chauffeur collect from at an airport?
We can meet you at any airport in the UK as long as you provide flight times for your departure or arrival. We have drivers who are available 24/7 and offer a meet and greet service so we can make sure you will not be late.
Can the second driver be under the age limit?
No, to be insured on the car, all drivers need to meet the minimum age requirements.
Can I still hire with a driving offence?
Possibly. We will have to submit an insurance referral to our underwriters. Acceptance will depend on how long ago and what the endorsements were obtained for.
Can I purchase additional mileage?
Yes, Excess miles are chargeable depending on the type of vehicle.
Are there discounts for hiring more than one car?
Discounts for hiring more than one car are available, please contact our sales team for a tailored quotation.
Can you deliver my rental and collect it?
Yes, we can deliver your rental directly to your home or place of work. Additional costs apply outside of central London.
Do you do longer-term hires?
Yes, long-term hires are possible at preferential rates. However, we do not compete with long-term lease rates.
Do you offer a chauffeur service?
Yes, we offer a professional chauffeur service in many Luxury 4×4, Rolls Royce, Supercars and Hypercars with professional drivers, so you always arrive at that special occasion on time and in safe hands.
What is the minimum hire length?
The minimum hire period is 2 Days. If you require a vehicle for an event then we can offer most vehicles for 24hrs.
How old must I be to hire a vehicle?
All our Prestige vehicles can be driven by drivers over 28 as long as they have had their licence for over 3 years with no major penalties or disqualification
When is my security deposit returned?
Your deposit is refunded back onto your credit or debit card as soon as the rental is over. Please allow up to 5-7 business working days for it to show up.
Do I loose my deposit over a damaged wheel?
a: No, we only deduct the cost of the damaged wheel and if the damage is beyond repair then the customer will have to replace the wheel with the cost of any rental that could have been lost.
How much is it to reserve a rental?
To reserve any vehicle the customer will need to pay the initial rental fee. Once we have this the rental is confirmed and the security deposit is only taken once our drivers deliver the car
Will I lose my deposit for speeding?
Please note that we would like you to enjoy your experience but also be safe and understand that rules and regulations that have been put in place for a reason. The customer will have two warnings and if we feel the customer is not driving in a suitable manner then we may terminate your hire.
Can i add an additional driver and if so how old do they have to be?
Yes we can add additional drivers to the rental how ever they will need to meet our age criteria of 28+
Can the security deposit or insurance excess be reduced?
No, we do not offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Deposits are taken by full payment on a Debit or Credit card.
